These terms govern your use of Unibolt (the "Platform"), operated by Unibolt. By creating an account or buying through the Platform you agree to them.

1. What the Platform does

The Platform lets independent creators ("Creators") sell digital products such as downloadable files, live sessions, online courses, community access and consultations to buyers ("Buyers"). Each product is sold by its Creator. Unibolt provides the technology and collects payments on the Creator's behalf through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.

2. Creator accounts

Creators must provide accurate information, including bank and PAN details for payouts, and keep their login secure. Creators are responsible for the products they sell, the claims they make about them, delivering what they promise, and any taxes on their income. Creators must own or have the rights to everything they upload.

3. Plans, fees and payouts

Creators can use the free Starter plan or a paid Creator or Pro plan, described on the pricing page. Paid plans are charged in advance for the period chosen, don't renew automatically, and aren't refundable for the remaining period. Selling paid products needs an active paid plan. The Platform charges no commission on sales. A payment gateway fee of 2% is deducted from each paid sale. The Creator's share is settled to their verified bank account by Cashfree, usually within T+2 working days after payment. Payouts may be held where fraud, chargebacks or a breach of these terms is suspected.

4. Prohibited products

Creators may not sell anything illegal, misleading, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, or that promises guaranteed financial returns, medical cures or unrealistic results; pirated or resold content; or anything prohibited by Cashfree's policies. We may remove products and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Buyers

When you buy, you receive a private access link for personal use. You may not share, resell or redistribute purchased content. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Unibolt is not responsible for the content or quality of products sold by Creators. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned on the transaction concerned.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
