Unibolt ("we") operates Unibolt. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Buyers: name, email, phone number, answers to checkout questions, and order details. Creators: name, email, phone, profile details, and bank account and PAN details for payouts. Card, UPI and bank details used to pay are handled by Cashfree Payments; we never see or store them. We also collect basic usage data such as pages viewed.

How we use it

To process payments, deliver purchases, send access links and reminders, pay Creators, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal and tax obligations. When you buy from a Creator, we share your name, email, phone and checkout answers with that Creator so they can serve you.

Who we share it with

Cashfree Payments (payments and payouts), our email and messaging providers (to deliver your purchase and reminders), our hosting provider, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

Tracking

Creators may add Meta Pixel or Google Analytics to their pages to measure their marketing. These services set cookies under their own policies.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@unibolt.live.
